We seek a high energy, results driven Managed Services Sales Professional with a proven record of quota attainment. Experience selling Managed Services applications and services is plus. The Sales Executive is responsible for the entire sales cycle, while being able to leverage various company resources, to reach a successful collaboration with the prospect.

You will identify new sales opportunities for our services, which include; Managed Services, Managed Hosting, Managed Security, High Availability Disaster Recovery and Network Design and Cloud Solutions. You will target Small to Mid-market companies and perform research in order to infiltrate and develop them into clients. You will develop and implement effective marketing/sales campaigns. You will also assist in the completion of customer requests for bids and proposals. You will be required to meet and/or exceed minimum requirements for sales activity and revenue goals.

The Sales Executive is likely to work cross functionally with Marketing, Product Management and Offerings. Provides first-class sales by answering any questions our potential client might have about our Managed IT Services. Acts as a liaison between the client and us during the sales process. Acts as an expert in selling our services to potential clients that meet their needs and desires. You will constantly be marketing and meeting with potential clients in our service area. It is up to you to grow the client base.

Applicant must be self-directed, motivated and able to work independently.

Key Position Requirements:

  • Candidate must have knowledge of Managed Services technology and solutions.
  • Applicant must reside in the Palm Beach – Fort Lauderdale area.
  • Strong ability to develop a vision match with prospects and customers, to develop alignment across different groups and cultivate champions.
  • Good articulation of competitive positioning
  • Must have consistently met or exceed assigned quotas for the past three years.
  • Establish and maintain current client and new client relationships.
  • Have the ability to prepare complex proposals with multiple hardware, software and services options.
  • Must have experience in providing sales leadership and developing sales strategies for closing major opportunities.
  • Must be able to represent proposed solutions to senior management and C-level, also must be able to “win at the whiteboard,” meaning you must have the fortitude to stand in front of CEO’s, CIO’s, COO’s and system engineers to provide laymen or technical discussion and diagrams.
  • Must have excellent communication skills (oral and written) with great personality.
  • Develop and implement strategies to create new business revenue.
  • Work independently to meet and exceed quarterly and annual revenue target.
  • Manage account service through quality checks and other follow-up.
  • Identify markets, manage territories, cold call, qualify and develop prospects.
  • Strong knowledge in Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio) and Connectwise is a plus.


  • 6+ years of successful direct outside sales experience and management.
  • 3+ years of “hands-on” IT sales or support experience
  • Strong technology background and understanding of the industry.
  • Bachelor’s degree or relative work experience.


  • The position will pay a base salary range of $40,000 a year plus commission. Total compensation can exceed $140,000.00 at the reachable, minimum quota
